N.Z.I.A. Bay of Plenty Waikato Award Winner 2003!
The house has been judged a winner of the New Zealand Institute of Architects 2003 award for outstanding architecture, for the Waikato Bay of Plenty Region.
The award was received in August 2003 and recognises the work of David Page from Page Henderson Architecture in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty.
David's design successfully combines luxury and superb detailing with relaxed simplicity, and affords a view from almost every spot in the house! - thus achieving our desire to build an innovative "luxury bach" which provides our guests with an authentic kiwi beach holiday experience - in style!!
